I cancelled immediately!
I was in the Dating site for one month. In that time I was contacted by scammers and con artist. For every legit woman I got four scammers. They have fake profiles and fake pictures. There is no monitoring of the scammers. The customer service is terrible. When I contacted them I was told I am not forced to be on the site. I cancelled immediately!

Unbelievable and highly alarming
I have paid for 6 months and I got contacted by numerous scammers with fake profiles. I nearly fell a victim to the first one and then had to educate myself about their tactics, unfortunately… Some of them were taken down by the site’s security team but some were not. The experience was highly disappointing! I met with only one real person for all this time. I suspect the rest of the profiles were fake. Unbelievable and highly alarming.

This site is simply not worth the money
This site is simply not worth the money. The premium version is pointless because you cannot contact anyone. The premium version as not as good as the fremium service offered by dating apps Hinge, Bumble or Tinder. My contract was automatically renewed according to the terms and conditions even though I was barely using the service. There is no way of speaking to customer services and they do not refund or allow you to cancel. In this day and age such poor customer service is almost unheard of.

Overall another disappointing experience
Ok so just deleted my profile after yet another frustrating brief stint of swiping left and right (mostly left). I can see that in the few months I’ve been away nothing has changed and It is still hiding all your matches behind a paywall. Because I’ve used the app previously every now and then a “free 1 week trial of premium” offer would flash up, the catch being it would automatically sign you up to a further 3 months – unless you cancelled. Not for me thanks. Out of 3 women I got talking to, 2 didn’t know how to hold a conversation and the other made a lame excuse when I asked her out. Sadly this is not uncommon on dating sites/apps and makes you wonder what people’s real intentions are. Overall another disappointing experience attributed to this site.

Abusive and harassing
It is a breeding ground which engenders sexual denigration towards women. I am a female service user who spent a few weeks on the dating app. Despite reporting a large number of sexist and sexually abusive and harassing comments the site did little about it. I realised that although the men were blocked from my account the site allowed them to continue on the app and were in no way penalised or made accountable for their behaviour.

It’s a scam, no doubt about it. They would talk to you and be very nice and seemingly interested, but as soon as you propose to switch communication channel for whatever it is (email, skype, FB etc.) since the site is outrageously expensive, they either ignore it and keep talking to you there or say some BS like they have no other way of communication or simply stop responding. Than fanny fact I’ve spent $200 talking to a girl in Ukraine in two days so logically she spent the same responding message for message. It becomes too expensive for me but not for her – single mother living in country with $200 average MONTHLY income. Go figure! Fake profiles for sure!

Huge ripoff
Huge ripoff. Insanely stupid design. It sends out fake replies to Winks, misleading you to think the person actually responded. You can turn this feature off if you know it exists and search for the way to do it. Then, you have buy “coins” in order to actually connect with anyone. Horrible. Worst experience ever. Stay away.
